Pat's ability to quickly overcome challenges creatively and effectively has earned him a reputation as a problem solver and “go-to” guy. His skills are an asset to the Taurasi Group’s mission to deliver quality homes for our clients. Previously, Pat worked with multiple vendors, managing the build and rollout of space for a national retail organization. He holds a Bachelors’ of Science from Saint Peter’s University.

Born in Jersey City, Gary Mezzatesta is a graduate of Regis High School, Haverford College (Phi Beta Kappa, Magna Cum Laude), and the Stanford Graduate School of Business. He has run a successful entertainment marketing company for over 30 years and manages a wide portfolio of investments including real estate projects in Hudson County. He enjoys a close working relationship with many bankers, lawyers, and subcontractors.

Raised in Jersey City and a long term resident of Hoboken, Nick Petruzzelli was educated at St. Peter’s College. He has owned and operated a Hudson County real estate brokerage company. In his thirty eight year career as a real estate builder, Nick has constructed a wide range of rental buildings, commercial buildings, condominiums and single family homes in Hudson County.

Approximately 36 miles from Naples, Taurasi is a historic Italian hillside town of 2,500 inhabitants in the province of Avellino, Campania.

Famous for its world-renowned red wines which are treasured for their power, complexity, and longevity, Taurasi is also birthplace of Pat and Nick’s father, and Gary’s grandmother. It is from them that we take our inspiration, and in whose honor we proudly build.
